Delete your account
You can delete your N3XT account and every athlete profile in it at any time.
In the iPhone app
Profile → Settings (Face ID) → Danger zone → Delete account… → enter your password.
On this website
Log in → Parent settings → Delete account → enter your password. Go to Parent settings
What happens
Deletion is scheduled with a 14-day grace period, and you are signed out everywhere. Signing back in within those 14 days lets you cancel with one tap ("Keep my account"). After the grace period, the parent account, every athlete profile, check-in history, points, and prizes are permanently erased. Only an anonymized counter remains.
