Common questions

• Missed a day? Streaks reset when a day is missed — that’s part of the challenge. Coaches can log a forgotten day if you checked in with them at practice.
• Didn’t get the verification code? Check spam, then use “Resend code”. Codes expire after 48 hours.
• Delete my data: Parent settings → Delete account, or email us.
