Terms of Use

DRAFT — for review by N3XT Athletics and counsel before launch.

By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the athlete(s) you add.

• The app is for N3XT Athletics families. Be honest — check off a value only when you lived it.
• Streak prizes are a reward program run by N3XT Athletics; they have no cash value, may change, and are handed out at practice at a coach’s discretion.
• Coaches and admins may correct check-ins, streaks or prizes when something went wrong; every change is recorded.
• Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. The “Parent check” protects parent-only settings on shared devices.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the program.
• Questions: support@n3xt.mobile.
